What are your treats made of?
Our treats are made from a single ingredient — nothing added, nothing artificial. Each product contains only one wholesome protein source, so you always know exactly what your dog is eating.
Are bones really safe for dogs?
Not all bones are safe for dogs. You should choose bones that are raw or air-dried, never cooked, as high heat can cause bones to splinter. We air-dry our bones low and slow, always below 160 degrees. Always choose a bone that is larger than your dog's mouth to prevent choking.
Are your treats safe for dogs with allergies?
Yes! Because our treats contain only one ingredient, they're ideal for dogs with food sensitivities or allergies. You can easily identify and avoid any proteins your dog reacts to.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source high-quality, premium proteins from trusted suppliers, including family farms and occasionally restaurant suppliers. Our treats are minimally processed to preserve natural nutrients and flavor.
How should I store the treats?
Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigeration is not required but can extend freshness. We recommend storing in the refrigerator or freezer for items that have a higher fat content.
How much should I give my dog?
Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake. Adjust the amount based on your dog's size, weight, and activity level. When introducing a new treat, start with small amounts and always monitor your pup.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on any order over $75, and flat rate shipping of $5.99 on orders below that.
