Thank you for shopping with Headwaters Pet Nutrition! We're committed to getting your pup's treats to them fresh and fast.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Freshness & Packaging Our treats are air-dried and shelf-stable, so no refrigeration is needed during transit. Products are packaged to maintain freshness, and should always be kept in a seal container in a cool, dry place. For products with higher oil content, such as fish, pork, or duck, you may store the product in the freezer or refrigerator if you don't plan to use them within 60 days.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at headwaterspet@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
