We want you and your pup to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at headwaterspet@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
